2. Chipping-Campden.net means, G Davey and S Nash trading as Chipping-Campden.net
3. The Advertiser means the person, firm, company or organisation who orders an advertisement, listing or any other information, whether text or images, to be placed on the Chipping-Campden.net website, whether that information be paid or free.
4. Chipping-Campden.net will use every reasonable effort to avoid errors in both the free and paid advertisements.
5. Chipping-Campden.net does not accept responsibility for any mistakes or inaccuracies that may arise.
6. Chipping-Campden.net may edit the content of advertisements.
7. The Advertiser must ensure that advertisements are not libellous, defamatory, misleading, obscene or otherwise illegal in any way.
8. The Advertiser must ensure that the information and content provided has all the necessary authorities, and permission for the use of all pictures, graphics, logos and copy and is not in breach of the rights of any other person or any law.
9. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify Chipping-Campden.net fully against any losses which may arise directly or indirectly from your breach of clauses 7 or 8 above.
10. Chipping-Campden.net provides a service which is dependent on telecommunication services and computers. Chipping-Campden.net does not guarantee continuity of service and does not accept liability for any loss, or any other consequence, arising from technical faults, service interruptions or software errors, howsoever caused.
11. Chipping-Campden.net does not guarantee that a particular advertisement will be published on any particular date, unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.
12. Chipping-Campden.net reserves the right not to publish any advertisement.
13. The Advertiser must send any request for a listing to be edited or removed from Chipping-Campden.net to us in writing by letter, fax or email.
14. If the Advertiser cancels a Chipping-Campden.net advertisement before the agreed display period expires, no monies are refundable in respect of the unexpired period.
15. Chipping-Campden.net reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions occasionally to reflect changes in the law and the nature of business on the web.
16. The Terms and Conditions which apply are the Terms and Conditions which were in force at the time of an advertisement being submitted.
17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
